My First Wedding Cake

I successfully completed my first wedding cake last night. I was thrilled with the way it turned out. The bride wanted spice cake with raspberry fruit filling, vanilla buttercream and chocolate ganache drizzle.

Missionary Shirt Cake

My brother turned 19! He's been called to the San Fernando, California spanish speaking mission. I made this cake for his birthday :)

Giant Cinnamon Rolls

At work every Friday we have staff meeting and one person is assigned a week to take treats. Well it was my turn a couple weeks ago and I made these giant cinnabon Cinnamon rolls. They were at least 3-4 inches around! But MMM, they were so good!
