I successfully completed my first wedding cake last night. I was thrilled with the way it turned out. The bride wanted spice cake with raspberry fruit filling, vanilla buttercream and chocolate ganache drizzle.
It was a huge accomplishment for me to complete my first wedding cake.

I'm glad I had this opportunity! Now lets just hope the others I'm doing this summer turn out as good as this one did!
